NaturesGems offers the two following itinerary planning services for the area around the southern Lake District and north Lancashire.

Itinerary Review

If you’ve got most of your trip planned but want to make sure it’s feasible and not missing any highlights, book an Itinerary Review. I will help you fill any gaps in your itinerary, make suggestions for hidden gems on your route and answer all your practical questions. This includes:

  • A 1-on-1 Zoom call with me (approx. 60 min) to discuss your itinerary and any practical questions you might have

  • A detailed itinerary review document via email (within 2-3 days)

  • The recording of the Zoom call (optional, but included in the price)

Investment: £200

 

Itinerary Planning

You tell me how you travel and what you like, and I will put together a custom itinerary for you. Armed with local tips and recommendations you can make your trip stand out and fill it with unique experiences. This includes:

  • A 1-on-1 Zoom call to discuss your trip (approx. 60 minutes)

  • A fully customised itinerary up to 2 weeks

  • One revision of my original concept (I aim to give you a few options)

  • A detailed itinerary PDF guide with links, directions and travel info

  • Email support in the run-up to your trip

Investment: from £450

If your trip is quite complex (2 weeks+, specific sightings), drop me an email for a custom quote and payment link.

How does it work?

Step 1: Book a FREE enquiry call with me to discuss your trip and how I can help.

Drop me an email with some convenient times and I will set up a call with you.

Step 2: Choose between the two levels of support – Itinerary Review or Itinerary Planning.

I need to know in advance how much support you require to allocate the appropriate amount of time in my schedule. 

Step 3: Book a 60-minute Planning Session to discuss your trip with me at a time that suits you. You will be required to make the payment in full when you book. I will send you the booking link after your enquiry call.

You will be asked to pay in full at the time of booking your Planning Session.

Step 4:  You fill in a questionnaire and send me any additional information about your trip.

I will send you a questionnaire with question about your travel style, wish list etc. and you can send me any additional info about your trip by email.

Step 5:  I will create a draft for your itinerary based on the information you provided. This will usually include multiple options for you to choose from.

Step 6: We meet on Zoom for our Planning Session.

I will present my itinerary suggestions to you and together, we go through the different options to figure out what will work best for you. This call will last 30 to 60 minutes. 

Step 7: I will send you the draft and you have time to review it. Take time to review the draft we settled on carefully and send me a list of amendments, concerns and questions about the route.

My Itinerary Planning service includes one revision of your draft itinerary which means we can still change the direction of your trip.

Step 8: Once my research is complete, I will send you a detailed Itinerary PDF guide with links and travel information for your trip.

After you have received and reviewed your Itinerary PDF guide, you can send me further practical questions about your trip via email and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
